Had an amazing time with my girlfriend tonight! She helped me take my little sister out trick or treating. Originally we were in a big group, but her brother was pretty much fine by himself so she went off with me and we managed my little sister. Twas a fun time. She was taking pride in bossing my sister around and I thought it was the most amazing thing! XD <3
Twas a fun night, although I wish I could have spent more time with her :/ After being a state away all weekend, I really miss her! D:
weird dream… I kept fighting a demon… o.O not like physically, but like as they work today, spiritual crap and all that… it kept messing with my phone and other electronics and I kept getting mad and praying to God to just guard me and send the thing away… and then later I end up at this big super crazy mall… and an earthquake happens, and the whole place is apparently made of wobbly and poorly build cement stone, so I jump out over a huge gaping whole to hang on to the bottom of these iron stairs because I concluded it was somehow the safest spot… I guess cause of stronger support in the cement and the iron being a guard from anything falling on top of me and keeping me from shaking…
ironically enough I guess the demon was possessing these mannequin dolls wearing U.S. Marine formal outfits… and making them fall towards me slowly and dramatically… somehow I managed to knock them all down before he did that….
idk… just a really awkward dream… and it creeped me out a fair bit, but I wasn’t necessarily scared. I do not fear those things.
just a quick side rant (and I do mean quick): I believe that all that “haunting” and “spirits in houses/ghosts” crap is demonic. Even if they aren’t being violent or harmful and playing off as some lost relative or former owner of the property, they are simply doing everything in their power to get you to believe in something other than God and fulfill their cruel desire to harass you. It’s worse when you have satanics or witches who will do some kind of ritual, opening a portal to let a spirit in. That’s seriously what I believe it is, and me and my Dad used to watch “The Haunting” tv series on SciFi (now SyFy or w/e) and they were all actual and real accounts from people who lived in haunted residences and would often times try and deal with it. They’d resort to wickens and witchcraft and all that, and it may work for a few months, but the spirit would break the spell and come back, more angrier and dangerous than ever, ultimately resorting in the occupants having to leave the house. Other times clairvoyants and psychs were called in, and even sometimes Catholic priests, and unfortunately, I’d hate to make them look bad, but the Catholics usually got nothing done. There’s this one REALLY haunted bar I’ve seen mentioned more than once across TV shows and internet reads (it’s that one bar where, if you watch Ghost Adventures, the dude goes down into the pit and starts yelling and gets clawed down the back) where a girl was killed by demonic cultists and other people died of violent reasons and so on and so forth. One of the most haunted places in America. They mentioned it on The Haunting once and talked about how three or four Catholic priests walked in to cleanse it… they all came running and screaming out after about ten minutes. I personally don’t find they get the job done because they do all these crazy rituals and have this self importance and call on every saint and biblical figure you could think of BESIDES Jesus. Don’t know if they ever read this part of the bible, but Jesus does himself say that if we are followers and are true to him, we are given the power to call out Demonic principalities through the Holy Spirit, by calling on his name and his name alone. All it takes is a few words.
I have a bro named Dan. So… apparently his house is haunted. Supposedly as the story goes, Dan’s house and a few of his neighbors’ houses, in the neighborhood their part of, were built on top of what used to be an old farm house that at one time had a lake. Apparently the farmer one day wasn’t paying attention and ended up drowning in the lake. Now it’s said that he still walks around his property, which remember, Dan’s house sits on. Dan and those who know about his “house guest” call him Jewelz (i put a Z because the way we say it it sounds like one)
Dan claims to be Christian, although I’m pretty sure that’s about as Christian as he gets (claiming to be one). Dan is perfectly okay with Jewelz being there and thinks its cool. I went over there once and honestly would have never been able to tell if his gf hadn’t told me, although we weren’t there long, and later on that night we did see the lights flick on and off. I’ll give you the story, since I’m in a talkative mood.
Dan and my friends do their own band. They are working towards getting their name out and this night happened to be Relay 4 Life. The principle let them play at the relay (which was at our school track) for a while until they were shut down early because the old people said it was too loud. So I’m helping them pack up and haul everything back to Dan’s house because hey, that’s what bro’s do. Anyway, we get there and start unloading stuff out of Vic’s truck and Dan’s trunk down the side of the house (house is built on a downward sloping hill for future reference) and through the sliding glass door into their familyroom/basement where they keep all their band equipment. It’s while I’m going back and forth Dan’s gf Allie tells me the place is haunted… I thought she was kidding at first. So we keep talking about it, and than Raj finds out and Josh and whoever else was there helping and didn’t already know. So I began getting creeped out because I knew exactly what a “ghost” meant. I don’t think they did, although I later talked with Victor about it when we were driving back to the school. (this is all at night btw…) Anyway, we’re heading out the house and Dan, Victor, and Allie all go up out the front door to lock it. The rest of us go out the sliding glass door and back around *up* the hill. We stop right inbetween the houses (me being ahead and turning back to look down on the hill and see a good amount of the backyards and the light from the basement shining out the sliding glass door). We’re sitting there talking about how insane it is that there’s a ghost in Dan’s house when suddenly I see the light from the basement flick on and off once. I stop, but disregard, thinking it’s one of the three inside. Then it happens again… offbeat, no pattern to it, and does it quite a few times. I tell the guys and they finally turn around and see it (they were all looking up at me, backs turned to the backyard). We are like: WHAT? We think at first it’s just Dan,Vic, and Allie screwing around with us until we take a few more steps towards the front of the house to see all three of them already by the car waiting… O_O
Needless to say we started flipping out. Jewelz had put on a light show.
He’s done alot more than that. Dan has show me videos of him messing with his laptop while they try and use it and almost somehow changing the color of his walls? o.O it was creepy. That and another story Dan told me where Dan and Vic were downstairs and one of them reaches to close a door… but it slams closed before they even touch it… Dan and Vic freak and go running upstairs. They come back down an hour or so later (Jewelz likes the downstairs apparently) and the microphone, which had previously been on the mic stand, was now slung over the couch by it’s cord, as if it had been thrown at them while they were running away.
Now see I know what this is. I know this isn’t just some un-dead farmer with an attitude. Dan doesn’t though, and he thinks its the coolest thing ever. I’ve heard a lot more about Jewelz but I hit the big ones. I want to tell him what’s really going on, but he won’t listen to it. I know it.
Anyway… I’m done ranting. I realized about halfway through it’s Halloween and I had this dream and started ranting about this stuff on total accident, but now I have a nice title ;D
Have a safe Halloween guys. Don’t be doing any stupid spirit stuff like Ouija Boards or Seances… that’s seriously demonic stuff…oh and don’t knock on the wrong house door of some creeper :P
“Friend, anyone who told you that being a Christian requires nothing more than saying a few words or praying a prayer as if it were a magic spell, was dead wrong. Anyone who told you that coming to Jesus would make your life easy, pleasant, and fun, was dead wrong. Anyone who told you that Jesus wants you to be rich, was dead wrong. No, following Jesus means picking up your cross. As Dietrich Bonhoeffer said, ‘When Christ calls a man, He bids him come and die.’”—Mike McKinley (via his-insensitivity)

Soo… if you’ve been actively following me and such, gracias, thank you, and merci! :D
I appreciate the support from all you awesome followers out there. Makes my rants feel a little less insane! ;D But seriously thank you for dealing with and in some cases supporting all my crazy rants and debates. It means alot. Even if you just kinda skim over this crap, thank you anyway. You’re getting a thanks…. so take it! :D
Just when I feel this crazy world is gonna bring me down
That’s when your smile comes around
Oh, I love the way you hold me, by my side you’ll always be
You take each and every day, make it special in some way
I love the way you hold me, in your arms I’ll always be
You take each and every day, make it special in some way
I love you more than the words in my brain can express
I can’t imagine even loving you less
Where I’d feel more content shooting myself in the head… But that would be suicide children… and that is very bad.
So that’s obviously not going to happen.
I’m not even going to bother with it right now… because more than half the people who read this will already know the story…
IN OTHER NEWS: Wedding
Went to a friend of mine’s wedding today. I met him on a mission trip and got a real respect for the guy. His name was Nick. Really awesome guy, in his early 20s who is in love with an amazing girl named Brandie. Anyway… the guy had a rough and tumble life and messed up in a big way. Brandie finally broke up with him way back in their relationship. He fought to get her back for FOUR years… and through that effort, made a big change in his life. He became a Christian in that, and man can I say, I’ve never seen a more eager soul. Not only was he back with Brandie and exerpiencing their relationship in a whole new way, he was on fire! He was like a little kid in Sunday School. I remember on the mission trip, any down time there was he was stoked to read his bible. Fully and honest hearted. I remember him asking questions of some of the elders and even me about stuff in the bible. I was amazed, impressed, and gained alot of respect for the guy. He’s an honest, eager, and respectable young man. I sound like a grandmother but I mean it.
So, I found out on the mission trip him and Brandie were getting married on what was today. Luckily, my scheduele allowed for us to make a drive across the state for me to be here. I got to meet alot of friends from the mission trip and wish my sincere congratulations to him again.
I’ll be honest though. It was awkward. I almost felt i shouldn’t have even been there. I came there in heart for Nick (the groom), but I felt distant. The couple of friends I made (who were mostly girls) were all having drama with each other and so there was this whole awkward air about it.
Also the fact that I refused to dance for most of it was another awkward level. I probably honestly could have gotten up there and done it. I wasn’t necessarily overly shy about it and I wasn’t really looking for anyone to beg me out of attention… it’s just… it didn’t seem worth it. I kept thinking back to my girlfriend… I knew if she was there, I would have gotten up in a heartbeat and done it (assuming she would want to dance). I just was really missing her and I realized I had no problem what so ever just loosing all self-consciousness around her. I will sing and dance and be an idiot in front of her. I don’t care, because when I’m with her, she’s all I’m focused on. She means alot to me, and I was really wishing she was with me tonight… however she’s a state away XPP I eventually did get up and dance towards the end, after much pressuring from my friend Chloe and my Grammy (grandmother — yes I call her that) literally pulling me out of my seat and dragging me over to the dance floor so I could dance to some stupid crazy frog song and a few others. So I did do some dancing, and I only did it because I felt forced, but it was okay. I’m not super self-concious. However Chloe’s wanna be self-indulged hot shot brother thought he was black or something and was itching for a dance battle (no harsh racism intended). He kept doing this shuffling crap to EVERY song like it meant something and literally pushing at people. I honestly just kinda pushed him back and made fun of him by mocking him. He was funny XP Later on this sick like Irish/hardcore rock song came on and I started doing my cheap imitation of step dancing cause I felt my Irish blood going, I honestly wish I knew how… and apparently Chloe thought I was real when all I was doing was just kind of doing what I thought it looked like :P Of course her idiot brother Chaz just looks at me and shakes his head doing the hand across the throat cutting action like “No way” as if he’s some dancing God. All he was doing was kind of standing their and doing the worst air guitar I’d ever seen while head banging ridiculously.
But yeah it was a fun night (this post is continued from last night… I never finished :P starting here) and I really enjoyed it. Went to church this morning and saw some of my friends again… and we watched this DVD part of a video series and they are doing this thing on how to prove God can be real. And it was all this ground breaking stuff I was pretty impressed with… logical scientific reasoning as to the proof of intelligent design. It solidly made the point that Darwin’s very own theory, when coming full circle, cannot, for it concludes to intelligent design. One of the arguments I remember was DNA. In science today there is no valid or logical explanation as to the origins of the human genetic code in DNA, the very foundation of life. By scientific standards in all other things, if it cannot be proved to be a result of some other predetermined matter or reaction (say weather eroding or perhaps even causing mutation and adaptation of an object or organism) than the conclusion falls to intelligent design. This was all from some PHD guy who I assumed was a believer but as hardcore a scientist as I’ve ever seen. He used another example… going into Lake Victoria you’ll see on the shoreline a bunch of flowers of yellow and red… but they are set to spell out the name Victoria. The flowers didn’t know to grow in a pattern that said Victoria. Victoria is a sense of information. But where did that information pertain from? The flowers didn’t do it, neither did evolution or some affect of the earth and reactionary stages… nope. It was the intelligent and created thought of a gardener. Ironically enough Darwin said something along the lines of the fact that the beginning of the time was a garden without gardeners. That of course is impossible. Without a gardener, there is no garden (information) to be created.
So basically, science fundamentally proves the idea of intelligent design, however it is widely ignored out of the four principles of conclusion because it is considered rash or ill-tangible.
But i’m done with that. Good day. Grammy’s birthday. Headed home soon.
